Qais A. M. Mahafzah
Qais Mahafzah is a partner at Gedara for Legal Services & Arbitration (GLSA) Law Firm. He is currently the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Jordan. Dr. Mahafzah graduated from the University of Jordan with an LL.B in Law (1994), Masters in International Commercial Law (1997) University of Aberdeen/UK, PhD in Maritime Law (2002) University of Durham/UK, and Diploma in Trade Policy and Multi Lateral Trading Systems (WTO/AMF) (2003). He is also involved in various ADR proceedings and represents and advices several businesses, particularly telecommunications and aviation companies in Jordan.
