ADR Resources

The project includes two activities with the purpose of creating lasting and helpful ADR resources. The first activity comprises the country studies, carried out by the Country Legal Experts in each of the 10 MEDA Countries. The second resource-creating activity is the development of standardized guidelines for regulating "informal" mediation, especially designed for intermediary organizations like SME associations.
