Country Legal Experts
Each of the ten MEDA beneficiary countries has 3-5 Country Legal Experts (CLEs) to assist with project implementation. These experts have researched the local conditions (use, applicability, etc.) of international commercial arbitration and mediation/conciliation and produced brief studies adumbrating their findings in a Country Chapter devoted to their jurisdiction. In addition, each CLE contributes to the preparation and hosting of project activities (e.g., workshops and training events) that involve participants from their country or that are conducted in their country.
