Mr. Giulio Ottaviano
Giulio Ottaviano is a communications and information technology expert. He obtained a Commercial School Diploma in 1984, and a degree in Economics in 2005. His first IT experiences include the creation of corporate IT solutions for the management of administrative processes and the development of an IT platform to govern international bank transfers.
Since 1995, Giulio Ottaviano has worked with HGO communications, an internet & network provider specializing in computerization of communication flows and web-based procedures for companies and public administrations, with particular emphasis on e-business and e-learning. Since 1999, he has been responsible for the research and development sector of HGO.
In addition, Mr Ottaviano is co-founder of Diritto.it Srl (www.diritto.it), an online law review, where he directs and coordinates the internet and multimedia sector. Diritto.it is considered Italy's first and foremost legal portal.
In 2004, Mr. Ottaviano participated in beta testing sessions for platforms related to e-learning, portal content management, and risk assessment at IBM Italy, while giving lectures on e-business at the Business and Economics School of the University of Catania (Italy).
Since January 2005, Giulio Ottaviano has been the IT Expert of Promotion of International Commercial Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Techniques in MEDA Countries.
