Tariq Hammouri
Tariq Hammouri is the managing partner at Hammouri & Partners Law Firm. Tariq graduated from the University of Jordan with an LL.B in Law (1997), Masters in Commercial Law (1998) University of Edinburgh/UK, PhD in Law (2002) University of Bristol/UK, Diploma in Trade Policy and Multi Lateral Trading Systems (WTO/AMF), and has received accredited Mediation Training by the American Bar Association. Tariq was selected by the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade as a member of the Jordanian Companies Law Amendment Committee. He is also involved in numerous ADR proceedings and actively represents his clients in litigation. Currently Tariq is advising various businesses in Jordan which include the Jordan Gate Project (the highest tower to be built in Jordan), Ayass Motor Company (the first car manufacturers in Jordan), and other various banking and commercial institutions.
