IBF International Consulting (IBF) was founded in Belgium in 1977, and is an independent management consulting company providing advice on technical assistance projects to both developing and transitional economies. IBF's fields of expertise are economic development, institutional support, social development, and education. Over the past 26 years, IBF has managed projects in more than 100 countries in Central & Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia.
