| This section will begin with the presentation of the results from the Euro-Mediterranean survey on the costs of international commercial litigation, and the means to minimize those costs through the use of effective dispute resolution methods. Politicians will then engage in a discussion on the role of Government to facilitate trade and investment. The section will continue with a roundtable discussion where representatives from international donor agencies will discuss their ongoing and future efforts in the field of alternative dispute resolution. | |
